Rock Stream Estate is centered in a rustic upcountry setting. This spacious Georgian-style mansion was designated in 1927 by famous engineer, J.W. Reedy and was the first family to supply elevators to to American shopping malls. Rock Stream Estate has been a gathering place for countless brides, grooms and their beloved family members. The historic manor offers a selection of spaces wrapped in dramatic architectural features that create a fresh, sophisticated, and unforgettable setting for your event. Rock Stream Estate may accommodate a maximum of 300 guests for your special occasion.

The lush lawn is the ideal location for a sun-kissed open-air ceremony. A ceremony in this space creates an easy flow to cocktails and then to your wedding reception. Step back to a high view of the area and Seneca lake down below that adds a delicate touch to any event.

 

 

GAZEBO CEREMONY SPACE

Enjoy your special occasion under our wood paneled  gazebo as you experience a step back in time. A breathtaking backdrop of the valley adds a delicate touch to any event.

EAST FIELD RECEPTION SPACE

The lawn  behind the estate house offers sweeping  countryside views and endless versatility. Invite your favorite band, break out the champagne and take in the sights and scents of  Upstate New York under a tent provided provided that allows for evening celebrations to be unlimited.

 

 

RAIN CHECK

In regards to rain, 99% of folks rent a tent to be set up on the panoramic lawn. Occasionally a very small ceremony/reception can be held in sunroom  the event of rain.

Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations, bridal suites, dedicated staff based on guest count. Ceremony wedding arc, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, existing area lighting, sound system, and free parking area. Maximum capacity is 300 guests.

INTIMATE INTERMEDIATE ( Ceremony and Reception ONLY ) 

Offers a 1 night stay (for rehearsal dinners) and access to venue grounds for full day. No checkin- or checkout is required. Includes ceremony and cocktail reception locations, bridal suites, dedicated staff based on guest count. Ceremony wedding arc, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, existing area lighting, sound system, and free parking area. Maximum capacity is 300 guests.

BEAUTIFUL BEGINNINGS ( Ceremony ONLY ) 

For our couple that ant to keep is simple. Includes ceremony area locations, bridal suites, dedicated staff based on guest count. Ceremony wedding arc, tables, chairs. Maximum capacity is 300 guests.

Administrative Deposit: Upon signing the venue rental agreement a $500 non-refundable administrative deposit will be due.

A valid credit card must be pre-authorized and held on file for up to $1000 in property damage
